In consideration of being given permission to walk the {golf course name} in the company of fee paying golfers, I hereby agree to indemnify and save harmless {company that owns the golf course and the golf course name] against all claims whatsoever, for damages arising out of any injury occurring while I accompany other golfers on the golf course.

I also understand that I am not permitted to play any holes without first purchasing a green fee.
