Thank you for considering a job. It is good to have a job at your age and to begin to understand responsibility of doing a job and the time and effort it takes to earn money from work.

You have already done non-paying jobs or activities. If you think of an activity as a job then you have done many. Going to school and making your bed could be consider non-paying jobs or activities. In both of these jobs you have performed tasks necessary to do the activity - in making a bed there are a number of steps you take to make your bed - as a student in school there are many steps you take to learn and participate in class at school.

Please set expectations for your job. Consider learning and developing skills as a key goal and a way to determine that you are successful in doing your job. Money is a factor but over time you will make more money in jobs as you take on more responsibility and the jobs become more complex and need more skills and training.
