Program  organizes activities for kids to do something.

The important thing about this program is that the topic of the writings is related to business.  The topic of business includes careers, preparing for work, developing business & life skills that help you in business and understanding particular businesses.

Why We Created This Program

TeachingKidsBusiness.com  website is developing  this program to create content and give kids a great experience.

We have a lot of respect for what kids are capable of doing.  We believe that kids have great ideas and if we encourage the development and sharing of these ideas; kids will benefit greatly.

As kids discover and develop their writing talents we hope to  launch kids into the wonderful business of writing.

Become A "kids-to-kids Writing Program Associate"

You already write for school assignments or for your own diary or interest.  Why don't we figure out a way for you to work at your writing skills for TeachingKidsBusiness.com.  Consider becoming an associate for our "kids-to-kids Writing Program" as someone who writes about business related material for kids and who is willing to share it with other kids in the TeachingKidsBusiness.com website.

We are not in a position to hire you or pay you at this stage, but we can help you get started and gain experience . There is even the opportunity for you to write and let us help you publish your work. The use of the internet will allow us to publish  your work to make it available to other kids.

We are working on a business plan for this opportunity which will  basically be setting up an e-Book publishing section  to create and distribute books electronically  through downloads and e-mail, rather then as  paper books from a store or library.

Imagine yourself as an writer  who is read by many kids. This opportunity would give you valuable experience, allow you to test material and help you develop a name. We also hope to help you sell your writings and make some money.

Tips On How To Get Started.

  • Think about a topic that you want to write about. Topics could include the first "job" you had that you got paid for. Write about what you did, learned, what you would have done differently and how other kids should try it.

  • Build on your topic by writing a list ideas to help to develop what you would like to discuss.

  • Sort the list of ideas into an order that you think you should develop your story. You may have to drop some ideas or group some together.  Once you have sorted the ideas you may want to add to them again to further develop some parts and come up with some ending remarks.

  • Take one idea at a time from your list and develop a list of sub-ideas to develop what you want to say about this idea.

  • Shape the ideas into paragraphs. By develop sentences for each of your main ideas. The first sentence could introduce the idea. The next few sentences should develop and discuss the idea further with the ending paragraph concluding your main idea.

  • A good starting point would be short stories.
